Dragon fruit is one of my favorite things to use for drinks and smoothies because of it’s beautiful rich color. This dragon fruit drink is one of my favorites because it’s so simple to make and it’s really refreshing. It’s perfect for a quick breakfast on the go drink or something to sip wile you’re by the poolside in the sun.

One great thing about dragon fruit is that it’s really versatile and you can use it in all sorts of different recipes. I like to use it in this drink because it gives the drink a beautiful pink color (as long as you’re using dragon fruit powder, which is optional.)

Some health benefits to dragon fruit is that it’s a good source of fiber, antioxidants, and vitamins. It can also help improve digestion which is always a plus.

To make this dragon fruit breakfast drink, you will need:

-1 dragon fruit, peeled and cubed

-1 tsp dragon fruit powder (for color)

-1 tsp agave syrup

-1/2th cup mango juice

-1/4th cup white grape juice

1. Add the dragon fruit, dragon fruit powder, agave syrup, mango juice, and white grape juice to a pitcher and stir until smooth.

2. Place dragon fruit pieces at bottom of a glass and pour drink over top!

3. Enjoy
