 2 cups russet potatoes
 2 cups fresh pumpkin
 3 tbsp dairy free butter
 ¼ cup dairy free cream cheese
 ¼ cup almond or milk alternative
 to taste

Separately cook pealed potatoes and pumpkin until soft. You should be able to easily stick a fork through them.

Mash potatoes and pumpkin in a bowl with butter and cream cheese until blended.

Pour in milk and add your salt and pepper. stir until smooth.
