Vegan Pumpkin Pie

 1 can pumpkin pure (15 oz)
 1 ¼ cups coconut cream
 ¼ cup brown sugar
 3 tbsp maple syrup
 ¼ cup cornstarsh
 1 tsp cinnamon
 ½ tsp nutmeg
 ½ tsp ginger

Add all ingredients into a bowl and use a mixer for 1-2 minutes to blend everything together.

Pour your mixture into your pie crust and spread until laid out evenly.

Bake in the oven for 60 minutes.

Remove from the oven and let col before serving. Enjoy.
