 1 cup sugar
 ½ cup butter
 2 tbsp flour
 1 cup baking powder
 almond milk
 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
 1 tsp lemon extract
 pinch of salt

Pre heat oven to 350

Mix butter, apple cider vinegar, and almond milk in a bowl until smooth.

In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda, sugar and salt and then add your butter mix.

Add your mix to your cupcake pan and place in the oven for 23 minutes.
